The Project

During the process of our project all of the partners will take place and will have their own roles in applying project objectives into common partnership activities such as, contacting with e-mail exchanges, communication with online sources including skype, yahoo messenger or video conferences, making up the traditional game book and the common website, Spain will be responsible for the administrative issues of website; Latvia will be responsible for the administrative issues of the common blog of the project.
Romania will prepare a content book in which activities will take place throughout the project. Italy will prepare a dictionary.
* CDs and DVDs will be prepared by all the countries and they will be exchanged during the project.
* An evaluation plan for the project development will be written by the contact people from partner schools and this plan will refer to the project impact on pupils,teachers,partner institutions,local community,the contribution of project activities to the progress of school achievements, the widening of their cultural horizons.
* By providing an effective and permanent cooperation and communication among partner schools, we will observe the project implementation (twice a week or once a week).
* In order to search out the activities of the project step by step and to organize and manage the progress of the partnership, we shall write reports and final evaluation.
* Meetings,activities,trips,impressions,new ideas,different kinds of outdoor games will be shared by the partner schools on the blog of the project.
* Before the meetings,each school will get a plan from the project coordinator with the aims one month in advance, and each school will be responsible for preparing the meeting so as to be successful.
* For a better collaboration,all the materials will be supplied by the teachers in schools, the pupils and the associated partners.
